These terms and conditions govern the use of SMS services provided by Tampa Standard Construction. By subscribing to the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Opt-In Requirement

To subscribe to the SMS service, the User must voluntarily opt in by providing their mobile number to Tampa Standard Construction through an online form, written consent, or other clearly indicated method.

2. Message Frequency and Consent

The User acknowledges and agrees that they may receive up to 1–2 SMS messages per week from Tampa Standard Construction. These messages may include appointment reminders, project updates, company announcements, or service follow-ups.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the User’s mobile plan. Tampa Standard Construction is not responsible for any costs incurred by the User from their mobile service provider.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

The User may opt out of the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any received message. Upon receiving a valid opt-out request, Tampa Standard Construction will promptly cease sending further SMS messages to that mobile number.

4. Service Limitations and Availability

SMS delivery is not guaranteed to be timely or error-free, as it may be affected by factors outside of our control, including the availability of telecommunications networks or service providers.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS service at any time without notice and without liability to the User.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Tampa Standard Construction is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the use or reliance on the SMS service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Failure to receive messages due to carrier issues or mobile device settings
• User’s failure to act on time-sensitive messages
• Misinterpretation or misuse of information sent via SMS
• The User assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of this service. It is the
• User’s responsibility to ensure the mobile number provided is correct and accessible.

6. No Emergency Use

The SMS service is not intended for emergency or urgent communications. Users should not rely on text messages for matters requiring immediate attention.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By subscribing to the SMS service provided by Tampa Standard Construction, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the User does not agree, they should not subscribe to the SMS service.
